Sorry it's been so long since the last blog post. Since it's snowing today and school was canceled, I have some time to catch up on the needed blog posts. :) Each year at Ephrata Mennonite School, the students are given a whole week off to pursue different classes that they might enjoy. The normal classes are stopped and students enjoy a week away from ordinary school. Some of the mini terms this year consisted of a girls backpacking trip, a guys MDS trip to Texas, and an introduction to colleges. Personally, I didn't take any of these mini terms, but instead I enjoyed an interior design mini term at Martin's Furniture, Sip and Sketch (a mini term that traveled to different coffee shops and art journaled), and Whimsical Watercolor (which is pretty self explanatory ;). Okay, enough of writing for now ;). Here are the pictures. ~Panda
In my sip and sketch mini term we visited Javateas (Ephrata), Commonwealth on Queen (Lancaster City), Scratch Bakes (Ephrata), Coffee Station (Lancaster), and Courtyard Cafe (Denver).
